So everyone loves a good twist out long as all the conditions are right: the right setting gel (I love using my homemade Flax Seed Gel but if I run out I use Camille Rose Naturals Curlaide), Hair is dry all the way before you take it out, and your ends are twisted all the way as well. It has been almost a month since I had the senegalese twists put in and they are holding up well after four weeks of partying, working out, and whipping it back in forth.
